This Privacy Policy describes how Hybrid AI (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects data in connection with the QB Sync for Financier integration between Financier and QuickBooks Online.
QB Sync for Financier is an internal business integration used to synchronize financial data between Financier and QuickBooks Online.
Depending on configuration, we may access company profile information, chart of accounts, bank and cash accounts, customers, vendors, counterparties, invoices, bills, payments, deposits, purchases, transfers, journal entries, projects, classes, departments, currencies, transaction dates, amounts, descriptions, statuses, record IDs, and update timestamps.
We use data only to synchronize financial records, create or update accounting transactions, maintain record mappings, prevent duplicates, troubleshoot synchronization errors, and maintain audit logs. We do not sell or rent user data.
The integration may store QuickBooks realm IDs, OAuth tokens, Financier API credentials, record mappings, synchronization status, and error logs. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and systems required to operate the integration. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards including access controls, credential protection, audit logging, IP allowlisting where supported, and separation of test and production environments.
We do not share QuickBooks or Financier data with third parties except when required to operate the integration, comply with law, protect legal rights, or work with service providers under confidentiality and security obligations.
We retain integration data only as long as necessary to provide, maintain, troubleshoot, or audit the integration, or as required by law. Upon disconnection, synchronization stops and active OAuth tokens are removed or revoked where technically feasible.
